Unlike normal gear, the Visione Helmet is not something you buy or loot randomly in Crimson Desert. You get the Visione Helmet while completing the questline. It is tied to memory mechanics and is unlocked when you get Memory Fragments and the Vision-based investigation system. You need to progress the main story till you reach your first memory investigation quest.

The game automatically gives you the Visione Helmet. Completing the main story at the start of Chapter 2 allows you to get Visione Helmet. You get a brief introduction to using the helmet to view memories after picking up the Visione.

Visione is a helmet that lets you read Memory Fragments in Crimson Desert. These memories are crucial to use for quest progression, investigation clues, and lore. Explore the world and look for the memory spots. The game then automatically tells you to use your lantern where it reacts. Turn on your lantern and move around slowly while looking for a blue glow or pulsing light.

Once you get the prompt to read the memory fragment on the screen, confirming it lets you play the memory fragment. You must manually equip it to play a memory. You may also miss the memory fragment completely if you get distracted.
